Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate & Toffee Cookies


Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate and Toffee Cookies
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup 72% dark chocolate, cut into chunks
1/2 cup white chocolate, cut into chunks
1/2 cup toffee bits

Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer, add eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla, mix till blended.  Add dark chocolate, white chocolate, and toffee bits, and mix in by hand.  Drop large tablespoon sizes of dough onto greased or parchment lined baking sheets and bake in 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes.

    These cookies alone, should make you a winner, as for all the other yummy things you've made, and the precious family stories, you're already a winner, in my book!....as for the judges? There's a lot of talent, and good people out there. Everyone is great, but only one person can win.
