Oatmeal, Cranberry and Chocolate Chunk Cookies - For Becky's Bake Sale

Oh yeah, they were as good as they look.  These beauties will include chunks of dark chocolate, chewy yummy dried cranberries, and a touch of cinnamon.  The bonus is these beauties can be all yours.  Becky - Baking and Cooking a Tale of Two Loves is hosting a Bake Sale on Monday May 2 in order to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

Go on over there and say Hi to Becky and offer her something for her sale.  It's an easy thing to do and all the little amounts add up for charities.  Don't worry about being the best baker, whatever you can do would be appreciated.

Hope you had a great Monday!

Gina

  1. These cookies are going to be a hot ticket item in the bake sale, Gina! I think I found my cookie recipe today: lemon-graham cookies. Sort of like sand tarts, flavored with lemon and rolled in powdered sugar. Think I might add white choc chips just b/c chocolate makes everything better ;)!
